I see clients by appointment Monday through Friday. Some evening appointments are also available upon request.
Rates
My fee is $150 per 45-50 minute session. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.
Insurance
I am a participating provider within the following insurance plans:
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Medicare
Out of Network Provider
If you have an insurance plan other than those listed above, my services may be fully or partially covered as an “out of network provider.” Please call your insurance company to clarify your “out of network” benefits for out-patient mental health care.
